- Platform selection and setup
- Billing and insurance support

- Ongoing operational support
3. Payment Terms
Services are billed monthly or on a per-project basis depending on the project or service agreement. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
4. Cancellation Policy
There are no long-term contracts. Either party may cancel services at any time with written notice. Services will continue through the end of the current billing period.
5. Limitation of Liability
Helena Practice Management provides consulting and guidance services. We are not responsible for business decisions, legal compliance, or outcomes resulting from the implementation of our recommendations. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and business details. We will not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
7. Professional Advice
Our services constitute business consulting and operational guidance. We do not provide legal or clinical advice. Clients should consult with appropriate licensed professionals for such matters.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
